About
Mrs. Eliana Linn
Born and Raised in Los Angeles, CA my passion for swimming and water polo started at a very young age. I grew up swimming and playing water polo for the City of Commerce. I later went to LMU on a full scholarship as a goalie for the Woman's water polo team. At LMU I was able to receive my Bachelors in Early Education with a concentration on Special Needs. It was in LMU where I found my passion for teaching and faith. After LMU I went on to continue to play Water polo for the Women's Mexican National team. While playing for the National team I held a part-time job coaching and teaching kids to swim for the City of Commerce.

I then combined my education and experience with swimming and water polo and started my own swim school. I was able to create my own method of teaching people of all ages to swim.

I have been a first and second grade teacher, and have taught in a dual language school and in a multiage classroom. I have experience working with people of all ages with special needs as well who have experience traumatic events.

I have been a teacher, lifeguard, wilderness first responder, a certified USA swim coach and have guided clients through the Grand Canyon who have experienced traumatic events.I have a passion for teaching, swimming, nature, movement, and holistic teaching and I am excited to bring together all that I have learned to Little Humans.

About
My name is Mr. Matthew Linn
Born and raised in Lancaster, CA. At a young age I had a passion to be an entrepreneur and find my place in this world. When I was 15 I started my own business as a landscaper. While completing high school before and after school I consumed myself with advertising, working ad try to become the best landscaper. My senior year of high school while working really long hours of going to school I wanted to pursue a trade school. I decided to apply for a student internship for a wastewater treatment plan. And it was there that I saw future in this career and decided to pursue it full-time. I then quickly got promoted to plant attendant, then treatment plant operator 1, followed by first lead position as a lead operator 2. Then only after five years I went on to become a supervisor, then assistant superintendent and now superintendent after 20 years in this career. During my career I was also Captain of the operation challenge team. Where we traveled around the US competing against world wide waster water organizations to see who was the most well rounded in Laboratory, Safety, Collection and Maintenance.
Through my successful career as a Wastewater Specialist I learned a lot about engineering, laboratory, hydraulics, electrical, mechanical, blueprints, industrial safety standards, public health and safety, DOT transportation regulations, and safe chemical handling in large quantities. I have also managed and supervised multi-million dollar projects and infrastructures while leading crews through industrial safety measures.
I am looking forward to bringing together all that I have experienced and learned to Little Humans. and focus on creating, designing, and building a safe and fun environment for children and families. While also teaching our Little Humans. hands on activities that focus on engineering, creating and building while always targeting the importance of safety.
